The Hydrotherm Essensual Experience is a truly unique treatment that combines the ancient wisdoms of Ayurveda with the benefits of the Hydrotherm massage system to produce an exquisite and balancing treatment experience.
Ayurvedic belief is that illness occurs when there is an inbalance of one or more of the universal life forces known by their Sanskrit names of Kapha, Pitta and Vata or collectively as the tri-dosha’s. Each of the Dosha’s comprise of one or more of five elements space, air, fire, water and earth. In order to stay healthy we must maintain balance between all of these elements.
The Hydrotherm Essensual Experience utilises wonderful oils such as Darjeeling Green Tea, Jasmine and Mogra, and Bitter Orange and Bergamot plus many more, to revitalise or restore, calm or relax the body and bring about a return to balance.
This is a truly wonderful full body treatment experience and includes work upon the abdomen and around the chest. It is likely to be more suitable for those who have experienced professional massage previously.
